I work in Derby and will get pick up orders regularly.. Panera consistently gets my (and my coworkers) orders wrong, forgets... sides, doesn?t include utensils when I ask for them. Every time I call they will correct it but I have to make another roundtrip and I?m faced with skepticism sometimes.. I?d say over half the time the order is wrong. I ordered the chicken sandwich! It was so dry I could hardly swallow it! When I went up to get some mustard or ranch dressing... they had none! Absolutely terrible turkey chili. SO watery and see-through it was a soup! The person filling up my cup couldn?t tell that and... served it anyway? They should have offered me something else. I love Panera chili and come by this location occasionally. Neverhad a problem until today.
