I used to love this place. But the quality really seems to have gone downhill. Today we ordered a large root beer freeze and... asked to have it blended thin. It was not blended right and the cup was not filled all the way. Like 2 inches low. We also gotcheese curds. They were over cooked badly enough that all the cheese melted out of the breading and was burned. The only savinggrace was the hush puppies but even those were wrong. We ordered 12. They gave us 2. How the heck does someone hear two out ofthe word twelve? I was not happy today. Read more

Dined in at 6:40 pm tonight did not get my food until 7:15 and my kids food came ever later. Whatever all is good. Then... immediately after I leave I barely make it home before I blow my entire toilet up. I could not get home any faster. Employeesare your typical young fast food employees who hate their job/life and hopefully have future goals that can save them fromgiving horrible customer service. Read more
It still has the dinning area closed so the drive up is always out in the street. You wait 28 minutes in that drive through to... get with your meal 3 tiny pieces of chicken a spoon of mac-n-cheese. The chicken was rubbery. I used to love going there but notwith them not letting you go in to at least order your food. Their quality of the food has went down hill. Read more
