Ryan was great, the To go food was great. Unfortunately I was forced to have an unsolicited interaction with an employee named... Melissa. She was apparently at the end of a long shift as her demeanor was not pleasant. Something was wrong with an ordersomewhere, not mine. Melissa demanded my name, order number and an order summary as I sat across from the order desk. TV audiowas turned up to "11" so her method to interrogate me was to scream, rather than quietly ask at short distance. Turns out theorder issue was something with another customer ...surprise ????. I feel for the workers that must tolerate this short, redhaired demon named Melissa. Managers, send this girl home before she is allowed to act like this to customers and coworkers,whatever her reason. Two stars, Ryan and food=Great. LOSS of 3 stars=Melissa in the KC, Mahone jersey...trade her or someone notas patient as I will put her on the team's injured roster. Read more

We stopped in for lunch today, Sunday August 21st for a quick lunch after running errands. We waited to be seated, only about 3... tables worth of people. We get seated and wait, and wait to even simply order our drinks. Finally Tamarah shows up with theFIRST excuse of the day. Oh nobody has gotten you drinks? I thought someone would. She takes our drink and food order. Bringsout the drinks after a bit. The drinks come out and the pop is only carbonation. Another server takes care of the issue becauseour waitress is MIA. We wait a good long while for our food, then though the establishment was basically empty. Our food comesbrought by someone else. I ordered 10 wings and was given 6. I told them I didn?t want to wait for more but would like the ranchthey forgot. The server who isn?t ours leaves and never comes back. Our server finally is within distance for me to flag herdown because of course she hasn?t checked in and I ask for the ranch. Second excuse, oh I thought someone else would do that.YOUR OUR SERVER!! I heard her do this to another table as well. As a server you are here to serve and do YOUR job, take care ofYOUR tables. My wings were ice cold, but where was the waitress? No where to be found. I finally saw someone and asked for amanager. I paid for the edible food and drinks and left. The only time the waitress was prompt was when she saw a manager at ourtable. Terrible service. Waited 10 minutes for anybody to even acknowledge me. Have been waiting for my 10 wings for over 20 minutes as... I am writing this. Only server that approached me was very nice and want to commend him for how polite and responsive he was tomy wishes, I believe his name was Riley. Will not be back unless I do take out. But even takeout looks like it takes forever. Read more

Did a great job advertising the Veterans Day discount but waitress still charged full price for the meal advertised and manager... just said they couldn?t fix their mistake.
