Called after a doorsash order mix up! They replaced my sandwich within 20 minutes! Great costumer service!
This is easily the worst Jimmy John?s location I?ve ever been to. I base this off several visits and they consistently let me... down with their service. I could go on for paragraphs about my bad experiences here. I realize they are short staffed, and Ihave accounted for that here, I still get unreasonably bad service here even considering the circumstances. Read more
I wanted to complement the extraordinary customer service that I received from employee at this location named Eddie Ortiz. ... When I arrived to pick up my order he made sure that I was happy and satisfied with the sandwiches before wrapping them. Makingsure that the right amount of ingredients on each sandwich (ordered two), was correct. He was very friendly, and courteous fromwhen I entered until I left. I wish other Jimmy John?s locations had employees like this, I have had bad experiences in thepast, but Eddie gave me faith in Jimmy Johns once again. Keep up the great work Eddie!! Read more
