This was our second visit…four of us. I had the chicken taco and the steak taco. Came with some of my favorite Malo Fries.... Loved it. It was half price margaritas. The margarita was over the top fantastic and we will return. Read more
When visiting Des Moines, this by far was arguably the best restaurant we ate at! I would highly recommend! Service was good and... the food was great! Good flavor and portions. We ordered the Chicken Quesadilla, one normal and one with “light” (less)cheese. I think the one with light cheese was a much better choice. Especially if you’re not a huge connoisseur of cheese. Wealso ordered the Chicken Tortilla soup and the Jalapeño Chicken sandwich. All of it was extremely flavorful and well prepared.The Malo Fries were good as well! Delicious seafood nachos! I ordered a small appetizer as an entree. Best I've ever had! ???? My husband got the #17. He said it... was very good, but the salsa was a little charred. Absolutely love this eatery. The Dos Pescados was muy delicioso! I really want to give my experience 3 ?? because the bar... service was absolutely ridiculous. My friend ordered her meal and it took an hour and a half to get. We were so perturbed bythe time we left. However, the food was good enough it made up for the poor service. Eat the Tacos!
