Excellent food! Visiting from PA. Wish we had this place near us!! Way better than anything near us.
The waiters were nice, they served my food and immediately came to the table to if we wanted the check.the food I?ll give 4/10... and the margarita were 9/10. I gave the waiter a $5 tip although the experience was very uncomfortable. While we ate the staffskept looking at my table as if my guest and I would run away without paying once I paid I took a picture of the receipt becauseI felt uncomfortable about something. Once I gave them my card they took it and I signed the receipt. When I got home two dayslater I look at my bank statement and noticed they over charged me so I called to speak with the manager which one of the staffssaid he isn?t there so I told him to take down my number so his manager can call me once he gets back in the office. The staffrefused and tried telling me other excuses until I mentioned lawsuit because it was theft and that I had a copy of the receipt.Once I said that he wanted my name and number. I?m yet to receive my money they stole from me so it?s looking like I have to getmy money back through court. TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR RECEIPT!!!! Thank me later. Read more
I LOVE Old West. My partner and I eat here regularly and we are never disappointed. The food is awesome; I've taken very picky... friends and family here and even they enjoy it (which is saying a lot). The service is astonishingly fast and the servers arevery kind. We've never waited more than 15 minutes for our food, and most of the time it's ready in under 10. It bums me out tosee the negative reviews on here, because it is such a stark contrast to our experiences. Read more
When we entered, got seated to a booth, they did not offer us a high chair for baby. The place was not even busy yet, and we had... to wait about 5 minutes until we got our waters and chips and salsa. The shrimp i had ordered was cooked too long, looked likepieces of chicken, and my rice was not separated from the shrimp. The taco salad we also ordered was bland, and the steak wasnot flavorful. The servers did not come back to ask if everything was okay, and if we needed water refills. I am certainly nottrying this restaurant again. Read more

Nice place. Good food. We had quick service with a group of 6 adults and one child. One person in our party got three enchiladas... and the steak one was like roast steak so that was odd but otherwise it was good. Read more
