Yummy food and beverages from this cute little shop! I know people have very strong opinions about banh mi, so I won't say it... was the best one ever, but the meat was juicy, the veg crunchy, and the bread crispy yet soft. Damn good sandwich. And the milktea and mango smoothie hit the spot. Will definitely visit again! Read more

We stayed at the Inn across the street and walked over and were very happy we did. The bahn mi bun was fresh, crispy on the... outside and fluffy on the inside. We tried the Winter in July tea with boba and it was delicious, not too sweet and tasted verynatural (I find a lot of bubble tea to be very artificial and chemical tasting). The owner was very kind and friendly and madeus feel welcome. Read more

The fresh pork spring rolls are delicious. The BBQ pork banh mi is great. The dark roasted Oolong milk tea is a fantastic way to... finish a meal! Chloe and Ben, the owners are so friendly and welcoming. I love supporting this family business. Read more

Lackluster service and food. I do not understand all the rave reviews, as the food we got would not be considered good by... anyone who has had Vietnamese food before. The Banh Mi (we tried several) had low quality and poorly seasoned meat and verylittle filling in general, was mostly bread (and couldn't taste any pickled vegetables for example). I was still hungry afterand usually a good banh mi will fill me up. Fresh spring rolls were also boring, almost completely filled with bean sprouts, nodetectable herbs or other flavor, boring sauce and ridiculously expensive for what they were. They also left part of our orderout of the bag but didn't care to come give it to us as we stood in the parking lot for several minutes afterwards. 3 starsbecause the teas are pretty good, good selection of flavors, different kinds of milks and you can control the level ofsweetness. I would get tea here again but nothing else. So disappointed because I love banh mi and was hoping to find a greatnew place close to home. Read more
