I order on the app and didn't check until I got to work. I paid extra for the caramel so I can end up with a black coffee.... Nothing on it. It taste nasty had to throw it out. So disappointing. Read more
They have this one female barista who is just absolutely miserable. She won?t smile or say hi to anyone, I guess they know she?s... not really a people person at all so they try and have her do stuff behind the counter more where she doesn?t interact withcustomers or maybe she just chooses to do that stuff cus she can?t stand people. I guess she hates me too for kindareciprocating this negative mergers back to her, since today she decided to remotely press her car lock button so I got anearful of beep, beep, beep, over and again as I got into my car next to hers, parked all day right in the front of the lot wherecustomers could be parking. I've had multiple issues with this particular Starbucks 1. I went one time, but the door was locked, and people were clearly... inside! Every time someone unlocked the door to leave, the manager would go back to lock it. I was disrespectfully told to getmy drink and leave, as the manager said "we are closing the cafe early." There was no reason for the closure. 2. I usuallyorder a brownie, but so many times they think I order a chocolate croissant -- like they don't understand the difference. I alsoordered a brownie -- but I never got it, so I asked where it was and their response was "we just ran out". Too many plainexcuses instead of updating it on the app. 3. Whenever I get a hot chocolate, they put espresso in it -- when it shouldn't haveany. I tasted it, and it was so disgusting and I had to throw it out because of its nasty flavor. 4. When I arrive at times,there is always nowhere to sit! I understand that its normal and a part of life, but for the staff not to do anything about itis just unfathomable. And finally, THE LAST STRAW, It takes the baristas 20 MINUTES for them to make my Frappuccino, when itshould take approximately 3-6 minutes. I've given this particular Starbucks too many chances, but now I'm not coming back. AndI usually change my mind about it, but after these experiences, I?m for real not returning. I usually go to the Oakton & LeeStarbucks, as they know what I want and make it right away.
