Workers were so rude. Went to grab extra sauces and a worker started yelling saying that they already put the sauces in the bag.... We calmly said that we are aware but just wanted a few extra. Then the worker went ahead and took away the sauce bins. Nevercoming to this Taco Bell again, such rude and humiliating experience from the staff. Read more

We ordered our usual bean burritos, same as Ive been ordering for three decades and received some sort of burritos with lots of... gooey cheese, rice, and hardly any beans. I was fine, they were okay, but my partner didn't want them and ordered differentburritos, but had to specify what he wanted on them like it was some strange new concept or something. They charged him for there-makes, but he is a nice person and went along with it. We basically paid twice the amount as usual for our meals. I've workedin the restaurant biz since 1980 and this is definitely not how to do business. People just seem to be absolutely clueless thesedays. I was given the opportunity to fill out a survey and win some money. I'm pretty sure after our poor, inexcusableexperience, they didn't really want to hear what I had to say.
