Came here at 5:30am on 10/3 after sleeping 2 hours and having to work another 12 in the ER. Ordered by mobile and was so out of... it I totally drove past the speaker. When I got to the window I profusely apologized after realizing. Yet the guy at the windowwas rude and said ?Yeah well next time don?t skip the speaker,? and closed the window. Super upsetting & Unnecessary since Iapologized and admitted my mistake. A crash course on customer service is most definitely needed here.
