Sad to say this place has gone down hill . Before covid it was easily 5 star for food quality and service. I went there for the... 1st time in months and the food quality wasn't the same. Ordered to go and my fries were cold my chesesteak was good. The tallguy that works the grill was the only familiar face I remembered from the old days. He deserves a raise because the chesesteaksare always good when he's at work. The girl at the front counter didn't greet me and told me I could get my own cup for thecombo I ordered, she was only concerned with getting back to her cell phone. There was a lady manager that was there in the pastthat mentioned she was thinking about finding another job, if she left they really miss her service and quality was exceptionalwhen she was there. I can't remember her name but her son also worked there, hire her back and give her a raise if she's nolonger there she's really missed. Read more
First of all don't go doing lunch time it was super busy. We waited 45 minutes for our food to go but the 2 sets of white... people got they food before us. Then when I got my food it was something in there. It look like it came from the meatpackaging..I wont never go back..my sandwich just had meat and cheese. We ask for onion and jalapeños and they charge us forcajun fries..we didn't get them. My experience was horrible. Read more
Friendly atmosphere and fantastic Cheesesteaks! Don?t forget the Tony Sauce! Its good on the fries but it?s exceptional on the... cheesesteak. If we were in this area more often we?d make this a regular stop. Read more
Food was pretty good, employees were friendly and helpful. Only down side to this place is going to be how old and dirty it is.... Definitely needs a deep clean or remodeled. I recommend just taking the food to go honestly. Read more

This place forgets about customers. While I was there, I waited almost an hour for my order and saw another customer get... agitated at how long they were waiting for 2 sandwiches. Plenty of people got their orders, ate and left while others stillwaited. To top it all off, they didn't even make my order correctly. They have a sign telling you to make sure you ordercorrectly but yet don't seem to hold themselves to that same standard. Read more
