My Mother & I both had the same thing: The Steak 'N Mates Combo Sirloin & Alice Sprigs Chicken. The chicken & sides were very... delicious, the steaks though .... not so much. Both of our steaks were tuff as leather & very hard to chew. No seasoning at all,not even salt & pepper. The chicken on the other hand was very flavorful & cooked perfectly. We were greeted & seated by acheerful hostess. Our server was very attentive & friendly w/ a nice personality. Ordered from this establishment from door dash they had awesome reviews on Google. I order a salad, ribeye steak, grilled shrimp... and a lobster tail with a dessert. My sides my mashed potatoes had a large hair in them. Steak wasn't medium rare it wasovercooked and not seasoned. Lobster tail was rubbery they only gave 3 shrimp. Called the restaurant spoke to someone who askedwhy didn't I report it that night when they closed right after I ordered I ordered late at night. I'm currently on hold nowwaiting to speak with someone I'm sure they are waiting on me to hang up first lol. Will definitely dispute this charge of 99.85with my bank and stick with salt grass. Tried Outback for the first time and liked it! I was very good, my waitress seated me quickly and was very attentive. I thought... my mashed potatoes serving could be a bit larger and fill up the plate but it was still good nonetheless. Enjoyed the bloomingonion appetizer!
