When I asked how I would be able to redeem my reward, they said since the machine was broken, Iwouldn?t get the reward. While I understand it?s not within the cashiers power to fix the machine, I asked if they couldmanually take off the $2 and he just shrugged his shoulders and said ?oh well?. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was toldthey aren?t there, to which I asked for a number and he said he didn?t have it and then proceeded to ignore me and start to ringup the next person in line.
