RUDEST TEAM MEMBERS EVER!!! Just ordered a few sandwiches for take out and when we got home we realized one of the sandwiches... was wrong. We called the store to let them know and "David" was as rude as rude can get! After explaining how the sandwich waswrong, he said, "well what would you like for us to do?", my husband said, "I don't know know, what do you think is fair?", towhich he replied to come in and have them make it right. No problem so far, but then my husband said, sorry, I can't make itover there right now, I'm on an electric bike and it's too far to go, to which David said, "well then, have a nice day"(snarkily) and hung up!!! We called back to speak to the manager and the manner was even worse! He yelled at my husband tellinghim how it's not his fault he can't come back over there and maybe if he comes tomorrow, which my husband tries to say, "wellthere go!, why wasn't this offered before?" And the manager just flew off handle and yelled incoherently and hung up on himagain! Look, I get everyone has bad days, but to tell at your customer's and hang up in them when they're not even yelling atyou?!?! Get a different job! You're clearly in the wrong field! Read more
