I really wish I could put this as zero stars because of how furious I was with the despicable service that I received today.... First of all I wanted the pizza to be delivered at 11:45 AM, at 1 campus martius, the driver shows up 25 minutes late. Then Icall his cell phone only to be redirected to a message saying the mailbox is full (great service so far!), so I called thespecific store to see where the driver was at around 12:05 PM, and they tell me he is standing at the CVS, so I told them thatis not the location I wanted it delivered, and I asked if they could give him a call and let him know that I was in the buildingacross the street, they gave me an attitude but agreed to do it. Then I get a call from the driver at 12:10 PM.... wanna take aguess where he STILL was???? YUP! Still standing in front of the CVS.... so I tell him that's wrong, and cross the street andwalk into the big building... RIGHT. IN. FRONT. OF HIS. FACE! He argues and says all he see's is Calexico... so I said fine, gothere I will meet you downstairs. by now the pizza is late at least 40 minutes. I go downstairs to pay, take a look at thereceipt on the pizza (looked at it right in front of the driver), handed him my money, and proceeded to walk away. Only to bestopped by the driver, saying "no enough cash, pay more!".... I said what?? and asked him if he looked at the receipt, he saidno I have the receipt here ( This is when I started to get pissed ). He reaches into his pocket and pulls out a half wet, halfripped, completely useless receipt that didn't have the food that I ordered on it with a 14 dollar difference in price. I lookedhim dead in the eyes didn't say a word, took out my phone and called the store back, told them what was going on, and they askedto speak with him, so I handed him my phone. I work for a well known company downtown Detroit, and needless to say our team will never order from here again! They were 20... mins late and then tried to over charge us. The delivery person was extremely rude and wasn't very helpful at all. Then theyproceeded to email random excuses of how they're fair! What a joke!! Don't waste your money or time!! Read more

So me and my coworker decided to get some pizzas for a potluck at work today. We knew this place is literally right around the... block. We ordered very early in the morning to have it delivered by 11:45am. Pretty reasonable right? I mean they only had 3hours to get it here on time? Ya right! These guys suck! We were 15 minutes late for our potluck because the driver was acrossWoodward at CVS trying to deliver the pizza to the pharmacy. We told them from the beginning we were located in the One CampusMartius building directly in front of Campus Martius. So we call the driver, his phone goes to vm for 5 mins straight, then heanswers says he's still at CVS. He speaks broken English which you can barely understand. We told him all you have to do is goacross the street to our building and he didn't understand. Finally he made it to us in the lobby gives us the pizzas which hada receipt with the amount we were told to pay. He then pulls another receipt out that says we owe about 13 dollars more andtells us we need to give him more money. So we call back up to Asiagos which apparently is also named Sicily's? Then we give thedriver the phone to talk to them about the price, after he was done, he rudely handed the phone back and bolted away withoutsaying one word. This whole experience was garbage and so was the pizza! Waste of $50. Btw they sent us this email after wecalled and complained... am sorry you had a bad experience with us today even though I would like to clarify couple ofthings. 1.your order wasn't late ,you called us back at 1206 after the driver was waiting for you for 10 minutes - THE ORDERWAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED BY 11:45? WAY LATE 2.we have corrected the issue after you called the store APPARENTLY NOT IF YOUHAVE HORRIBLE REVIEWS 3.the driver wasn't rude ,yes he was in hurry because he had more orders to deliver - YOU WEREN'T EVENTHERE TO KNOW! Just left Asaigo's after placing a online order from my workplace. Picked up my order just before 6:30pm on a Thursday evening.... Walked through the door and the two ladies were talking among each other as I stood waiting to be greeted. Then one of themfinally greeted me as the other went to take the pizza out of the oven. Didn't like the service or the pizza. The crust wassoggy; not cooked thoroughly cooked and piled with too much cheese. I love cheese but it has to balance and not overpower theother ingredients. In the past these guys were phenomenal. Good pizza, good price and quick delivery. Today they dropped the ball big time. I... ordered online at 10:30am asking for 4 pizzas, a salad and breadsticks and asked that it be delivered by noon. After callingtheir phone line (straight to a full voicemail) the pizza arrived 40 minutes late. I don't think I'll be ordering from themagain if they can't even deliver on time. Read more
