Terrible, terrible service. Cashier/One answering the phone needs proper training and not putting a customer on hold for... 20minutes when there?s only 1 caller ahead. The guy bringing out the curbside pickup order must?ve served in Vietnam, Fallujahand Baghdad. No hello, straight faced, no your welcome after thanking him for the food, angry at life. I called the lady backand explained that the Undertaker forgot my spicy deluxe sandwich. Waited another 10 minutes (40minute wait) for the order.Thanked Undertaker again for the sandwich that he forgot, Ofcourse he didn?t apologize or anything, just walked away upset Ididn?t thank him for serving this country. Easily the worst Chick-fil-A I?ve ever went to, more like a Wendy?s (but not fast).Really wish management would remove employees that don?t want to be there. If you?re interviewing someone with PTSD, don?t hirethem in to answer phone calls or deliver food. Tell them to call Dana White, I?m sure the UFC would love to have him be adoorman or work security. Easily the worst Chick-fil-A in Michigan. Food is always lower quality than other locations (specifically chicken). Order is... usually incorrect. Drive through takes 20-30 minutes at minimum. Last time I was here I got a moldy gluten free bun. Avoid thislocation best you can. Read more
I didn't like my food. The chicken sandwich was ok but it was just chicken on a bun and 2 pickles. No flare to it. The waffle... fries were cold. I feel they are over priced for what you get. Read more
This is not a real Chick fil A do not be fooled!! I'm guessing because it's in Detroit they do not have to go by the normal... standards because most of the customers are black. It's really unfortunate that they give us just anything and we are suppose torun with it as if our money is different. WHY are the chicken breast here smaller and thinner than any other Chick fil a inMichigan? WHY can't I have as much sauce as I want just like at any other chick fil a? WHY are your employees allowed to giveMcDonalds attitudes but charge chick fil a prices? The list goes on and on do not offer curb side service if something is alwayswrong or missing every time and I have to send the slow walking person back in because when she/he comes back if my food is coldthey will be making that long slow trip thru the hospital yet again smh :/ sooo typical for black communities.
