I came to your establishment and ordered $55 in food and asked for my chicken to be a certain way. I was told I couldn't which... is concerning to me. When I'm paying for food I expect that since I'm paying my hard earned money that I can say how I want myfood. Well that isn't the case and very frustrating. If I ask for something particular that I'm paying for it should be thatway. I don't understand how you can tell a paying customer no you can't have your food this way. Any other restaurant I havegone to and ask for something particular it's no problem but here that's not only wasn't the case but they stood on thisdecision. I kept my order because I didn't feel like trying to find something else but it won't happen again. I wish they would remodel the dinning area. As much money as they make it shouldn't stilllook like a 90s hole-in-the-wall. My favorite foods from here would have to be the potatoes, tenders, and ribs. They're bbqsauce is pretty good.
