I was extremely disappointed in my ice cream I purchased from cold stone yesterday, I purchased 2 caramel and pecan apples and... a small cup of butter pecan ice cream, the price I paid for 3 items was almost $25, I was expecting top notch quality on ALLTHE ITEMS, the apples were great but the ice cream was terrible, it had ice frost in it which means it's been thawed andrefrozen several times it looked mushy as well Read more
This place should be shut down - it is extremely dirty, unkept, and lacks management. To top it all off, the establishment is... not following code or covid capacity regulations!! While we all were cramped in line several customers were not even wearingtheir masks. My partner got ice cream but I refused to touch or let alone eat anything!
