The worse omelette I have ever had in my life. I ordered a omelette with Cheese, Bacon, Chicken Breast, Spinach and Mushrooms. I... got a hunk of eggs, cheese and spinach! Not a piece of meat no where in the omelette! I work in Royal Oak and had the fooddelivered and this has to be the worse food I have ever gotten from anywhere!! My advice, STICK TO THE CHICKEN AND WAFFLES.Omelettes are horrible! The grits are dry and taste like water,! No butter not even in the bag. Just a disgraceful experience.???? Read more

Food was good. Definitely glad I checked it out. My the chicken on my sandwich was over cooked and dry. Mac & cheese, Koolaid... and the red velvet waffle were on point. Server was good but not the best. Could have been she was the only one waiting tablesbut I am not sure. Read more

The best thing in the Midwest. Could beat out Waffle House Easily with the Right Branding and messaging. Great experience and... the “Tender Love” is my favorite dish. Will try the Southern entrees next. Read more

Waited 40 minutes for my food to come out . My eggs were cold even the plate was barely warm . My waffle was also cold and soggy... .The catfish was hot and delicious . I was excited to try this place after flying into Detroit . So I asked the waitress tobring me a hot waffle and send the manager over for feedback . The Human resource manager’s daughter came to resolve ourcomplaint because there was no manager on staff . While she stood speaking to us I ate a piece of waffle with what appeared tobe some gum like substance in it . She did immediately apologize and offer to comp my meal once I found the gum like substance .Prior to that she made excuses saying they don’t open until 10 so although they were open when we arrived the kitchen was notready to serve . Not only was the food subpar but the service needs some serious help in the customer service department .Taking ownership, apologizing and immediately resolving the problem is the best way to turn a bad experience around . I had highhopes for this place . I’m still grossed out by whatever I found in my thin waffle . Read more
