The female employee didn?t know what I was talking about when asking to use my reward points promo code for the app. Aside of... that, at the window she was friendly and apologetic stating she was new back there and service was fairly quick for as busy asthey were. The messed my order all the way around. They had me sitting at the window for about 20 minutes...then asked me to pull up so... they could bring my 9rder out. My fries and triple cheese burger were cold...triple cheese burger was wrong. I work fastfood..this service was Horrible. The only good part of service was the young man who took my payment.
