Waited for almost an hour for food that I ordered on the Popeyes app then when I got my food it was cold as hell....the whole... vibe was off the building don't have heat for the customers never have utensils and the customer service suck I will never goback there again I will rather drive to 9 mile & Kelly then to go here again... For the last 6 months I keep coming it doesn't matter what time you come and they always say they have no chicken sandwiches,... tenders,or wings. So just breast and fries. I urge the District managers to check what practices there staff are doing behindthere backs. How can you possibly run a store like that, I have worked in many fast food restaurants and they will do thingslike that so they don't have to do the work. Sad. Read more
The drive was fast but the service could've been better. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it seemed to be missing some chicken.... We didn't receive napkins or utensils to eat with. The guy handing out the food wasn't smiling and seemed irritated. Read more
