Stopped for lunch..this is the most tasty and flavorful Mexican I’ve had in Michigan. Don’t bother w Mexico village, stop... here and eat they also have drinks and lots of tequila. The tamales were delicious but I am extremely confused by the Nachos. First off I ordered them requesting the chips on the side... and they failed to do that so of course the chips arrived soggy. They were also stale and extremely difficult to chew. And thetoppings were simply canned nacho cheese sauce and jalapeños... nothing else. You may want to include the description oftoppings in your menu for online orders so people can avoid ordering this item in the future expecting more. I order from here on Uber Eats all the time because they are one of the earliest restaurants open every day. Their prices are... amazing. Their salsa is delicious and has a kick. I make huge giant orders all the time, and it has never once been wrong. Ieven called the restaurant today just to give my praises to the staff. This place is amazing. I order quesadillas, tacos ofevery meat, enchiladas, breakfast burrito—all delicious. Love this place. Read more
Not sure how people are satisfied with the customer service here? Your server, Yasmin, is beyond rude! I ordered a milanesa... without cheese due to a food allergy. When I told told her my order was incorrect, she copped an attitude and told me, "No, it'snot! You ordered it that way. I should know, I wrote it down!". Then continued to stand there rolling her eyes and asked, "Whatwould you like me to do, take it back to the kitchen?" While I waited for my correct order, I watched her disrespect severalother customers. The worst customer service ever. They’re rude and unprofessional. My first time ordering, I called my order in. When I got there to pick up my order, I went... straight to the back and the employee in back acted as if I wasn’t there, which gave me the impression that I wasn't supposedto be inside the restaurant beyond the waiting stand. There was a “wait to be seated” sign at the entrance but I wasconfused as to whether I actually had to “wait to be seated” for a call in order. The employee in the back could have openedher mouth to GREET ME & ask if I at least needed help and give me further directions or tell me if I should have waited at thefront, instead of letting me stand around, since I was obviously confused when I walked in.
