We came in very late (2am) so they left the keys for us and we checked in the next morning. They were great about the dogs but... our dogs are fairly well traveled and not a nuisance. I did ask for a room on the first floor because stairs are hard for me,which they accommodated. The front desk had coffee every morning. You get what you pay for. It was perfectly adequate. Rooms could have been a little cleaner. Things were a little old and worn... out but they did a decent job trying to make it feel up to date. They are pet friendly which is the main reason we chose to staybut be warned that there is 0 green space for your dog on the property so you have to walk for each break. The worst part of thestay was the group of loud drunks that seemed to spend every minute at the pool and we could hear them constantly. I would stayaway from the pool side if you like sleep. it's not ocean side, rooms are not very clean our tub had something dumped in it so when you take a shower the tub filled up... with disgusting hair from the drain. The night manager started yelling at my wife and I in the parking lot he said they had 10noise complaints were just sitting there, there is a bar directly across the street they were screaming and yelling , sweetCaroline came on I don't blame them. He was so rude and disrespectful I would NEVER go there again, there's a lot of otheroptions. Not what you would expect for the outrageous price they charge. Read more

We were looking for a hotel near the beach, but not in a crowded town. This was the perfect spot. A very short walk to the... beach, and a clean room. Front desk staff were so kind! This place is a short walk to anything in Dewey, and a very short driveto Rehobeth. Last year we stayed near the outlets and had to drive to the beach and paid a lot more money than this year.
