We come pretty much every Sat for lunch and the last few times the food has been cold or old. This time I checked and asked for... new-fresh fries after seeing mine were old. I waited 10 minutes for the fries.I had to call from the "holding place" I was inplaced. We won't be back for a long while. Three meals. Read more
Decent restaurant with good service. Being located by two travel centers open 24 hours, seems a smart move to open up earlier... than 6am. Opening at 5am would definitely increase daily revenue substantially, and make a lot of early working folks happy. Read more
One word...HORRIBLE is how to describe this mcdonalds. Didn't even order because the lobby was closed and we didn't feel like... waiting in a line that was out to the rod so we had to drive around the block to park in another businesses parking lot to walkover here to find this. Please update options on google maps or something besides leaving a single piece of paper on the door.The line was slow we watched it for 5 mins not even move. Glad we went down to another mcdonalds down the road near this onewith an ann arbor address on it, and they HAD their lobby open and had our food to us quickly. Overall will never visit thismcdonalds location again with this lack of service. Read more
