TERRIBLE SERVICE! Ordered dinner for my 81 year old grandmother and the El Pollo Loco on Diamondbar Blvd, who on their website,... advertises that they deliver *not disclosing they deliver thru a 3rd party* Told me there was nothing they could do when myorder showed delivered but HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED. The GM Michael (who was very unprofessional) said its "just the way it is"-they can't reach out to the driver, they can't refund my order and resend, nor can they refund me the tip. Why would I tip adriver who was incapable of delivering to the correct address/Not reading the direction provided? My other bone to pick is thefact that El Pollo Loco doesn't empower their management team to make things right for the customer. This was clearly not myfault and had it been disclosed that delivery was thru a 3rd party, I could have just selected to order via the 3rd partydirectly and have the ability to conjugate with the driver so this like this don't happen. I ended up having to order thru Ubereats directly and chose to order from a different location because I don't want my business going to a place where they don'tvalue customer service and don't offer any solutions to help fix the issue.
