Teles has really gone downhill. Used to be a great place for food. Now almost every time I call, they put the phone on the... counter rather than saying they're too busy to take any more orders. You sit in the drivethru for 20 minutes while they have"staff meetings" and now they've raised their prices a ridiculous amount! Up until recently, I used to get tacos al carbon for$10.95 - now it's $15.95! I understand raising the prices due to the economy but that is ridiculous!! Read more
Clean good service, great great food I enjoyed it so much
$14.00 for the poorest example of chicken fajita nachos I've ever come across. (Image attached) $14.00!! Geezus save your money... & keep driving, or cook at home. We eat here, from time to time, out of sheer convenience. Tonight was an absolutedisappointment. They forgot items in our to go order, & girl at window had no Idea what is on their menu. Her words exactly "Ihave no idea" Manager on phone, was very rude & didn't apologize for anything. Read more
I'm editing my previous review from years of eating at this Tele's location. Changing from my 5 Star review to 3. We've always... loved this Tele's especially since the new building BUT the last couple of visits have been disappointing. Service is minimal atbest. Had to ask for napkins, refills on chips and when our waitress finally came back we had to ask for a to-go box. Sure thesearen't big things but we would have never had to ask before. Now on to the food... the food in the past arrived as ordered, inrecord time and hot out of the kitchen. Not the case recently. I don't know what is going on but Tele's is making me regretdriving back to ND from Longview to eat. Read more
