This is a poorly run place. No desserts at all. Hardly any pizza. Needs a better manager. And the owner needs to step up.. No... cashier at all. The employees are rude. And took pictures of the buffet that was empty. Read more
This place was the nastiest pizza I've EVER had. Might as well slapped some sauce on The cardboard box and eat it. There was no... brownies no cinnamon rolls. Brought my grandbabies all the way from the beach to eat and the kids wouldn't even eat it. What Iwouldn't give for my money back $44 and my babie are still hungry thanks alot. Wow. My wife and I came here for lunch, it was $23 for a buffet for two and they had almost NOTHING out, and nothing else came... out or offered the whole time we were here (over an hour). What a joke. And none of the employees wore gloves while making thefood for the pickup/to-go orders. Will not return. Read more
Haven't had Cicis Pizza in years so decided to give this location a chance. This was my first time at this establishment.... Service was very slow. Was there for almost a hour and only 2 new pizzas were made. Both were only made due to being requested.When I first arrived there were only 4 styles of pizza to try. So I ate only those four. Everything was good and I enjoyed it.Just wish other items were available without having to put in a request. The salad bar didn't have the options for cheese, egg,and ham which are a must for me and salad. Specially cheese. Not sure why a pizza place doesn't offer cheese for the salad. This place is a joke! Do not eat at this Cicis. I spent 40 dollars only to go around the cash register to see 4 slices of old... pizza sitting out. Mind you I'm with my family of 5. My kids get the pizza and it's old. So we wait and wait and wait, to see ifanything else is being put out. Workers are doing nothing! So I ask an employ to make something ( I can't believe I had to dothat!!!!) The employee proceeds to raise her voice and ask me what "I" want ....sorry but if I remember correctly everythingshould be put out! That's why it's called a buffet!!?!;!! Waist of time and money.
