Worse experience I ever have with Pizza Hut. Very unprofessional staff. I call and ask the lady if the make delivery to my hotel... she asked me for the address and then she said yes. Took my order and I make the payment through the phone. One hour later Icall to see the status of my order and this guy told me the make a mistake they do not deliver to this hotel so he said come apickup if you want I asked for a refund he said he do not work with that and hang the phone on me. It took almost 3 hours to get my small pizza I was dumb enough to try to order from them again and --- This was my 3rd time... ordering from them and all 3 times I have had issues. This time supposedly the door dash delivery person dropped my pizzas atthe wrong location. When I called and talked to the manager he did not seemed surprised and said "we will have to remake yourpizza" when I asked for a refund instead, he said they can only refund 2/3 of the cost the delivery charge could not berefunded. I was shocked!! He said I would have to come into the store to get the rest.... I will never ever order from PizzaHut again and I will post all this on as many social media sites as I can.
