Good luck to you if plan on ordering through DoorDash or the like and expect it on time. EVERY order I've placed is never made... when the app tells you they making it. Every driver who has picked up my orders (4 so far) from there calls me telling me theyeither don't have something available or are just now making the entire order after me already waiting an 30-60mins for thedriver to pick it up. Quality went down & price went up, This was my third visit to BWW in Dickson & will be my last, Food was prepared poorly,... obviously due to laziness. I won?t bore you with details. Had to ask for manager & she came over , slid into the booth oppositeof where I?m seated as to join me , unprofessional! I explained the problem being wings only seasoned on one side and asked ifthis was the norm, she replied no & took my wings back to the kitchen for a remake. No apology and I got the impression it wasmy fault.Food was not good even the 2nd attempt. The same meal I had 2 days earlier for $14 was now over $ 22, after placing $25on the corner of the table with the bill, the server takes the money and never even offers my change back, after about 10 min.she sees I?m am not leaving and brings me some of my change back, obviously too lazy to make change of a dollar bill . I havepassed this restaurant dozens of times wondering where all the cars were at. I understand now why the place always looks to beempty. Very disappointed with food, price, service as well as management. I will not be going back and absolutely do notrecommend BWW to any patron. Read more
I tried to order online, as I usually do, but upon checkout said that this location was out of everything in my cart (wings,... fries, veggies, wedges, etc.). So, I attempted to call and could not get a connection, as I was just a few minutes away I wentin to see if I could order. The server was with other customers and there was one person in front of me. Not a problem, Iunderstand how things can get busy. However, when the server was finished with the customers they were with they did not addressmyself or the person in front of me and instead went to the people at the back of the line instead. Completely frustrated atthat point I left without ordering or getting food. This is not the first time I have experienced this, the last time I ordered(successfully) I arrived at my pickup time and waited a good 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I was at the front withonly a handful of tables full. Again, I recognize that there are staff shortages and things can be busy behind the scenes, butthis is consistent and disappointing. Read more

Came around 9pm on a Wednesday. Totally dead. No wait. That was awesome. Waitress was off the chain. Ordered traditional wings.... Cook totally butchered them. I tasted more burned flavor than what I wanted to taste. The waitresses friends were at the barbeing totally obnoxious and made it a horrible experience.
