This place is the worst McDonald's, ever. Whether it is dine-in, take out or drive-thru, you will NOT get out in less than... thirty minutes. They are slow, uncaring and the restaurant is in desperate need of cleaning. I've tried this place multipletimes with the same result. One would think that if it takes so long, the food would be fresh and hot, but it is not. I'vespoken with several customers while at the restaurant and they have the very, same experience. This particular location has some of the rudest employees that I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. I get that the labor... market is rough but as a fellow people leader I must say that these employees need additional training. A simple smile whengreeting customers would be a great start. Though that's just a start, teach them customer service, communication, empathy andmotivate them to actually give a partial care. Read more
Zero customer service. No pleasantries or smiles or anything. That's fine, just not great for a customer service experience. The... big L came from the bathroom. No soap. No toilet paper. Only 1 of the 2 hand driers worked although not sure why you need morethan 1 anyways since there's only 1 sink. No paper towel dispenser either. Let's not forget completely disgusting. The picsspeak for themselves. Whoever owns this franchise really needs to reevaluate their managers and employees or perhaps their ownabilities because this was nasty. And with 4 employees standing around and zero customers besides myself...I can't come up withan excuse for them despite my best efforts. Just lazy and unconcerned. Went through the drive through and watched the woman named Christol talk on her cell phone the entire time I set there as she... put my daughters happy meal together. I told her that was very rude and she replied oh well she was talking to her boss. I getdown the road only to see there was no burger in the meal, just fries and apples. When I went back she tried to blame theyounger staff and when I corrected her as she was the one that made it because I watched, she was very rude, very unprofessionaland didn't even care to fix the problem or even apologize. In fact she told me to "leave Her store". The young staff on theother hand were all very polite and helped make the order right. It was obvious she was a bad egg leading young staff. Very poorjudgement to put her in charge. I gave 2 stars because the young staff were very helpful and nice or I'd have only gave one justto put a review. Christol does not have leadership skills of any kind and should not be over a team. Read more
