I ordered a 12 piece family meal & wanted to split the chicken, half spicy chicken thighs, halt mild tenders. The cashier said... they were out of tenders, (rather than offering to cook some more). I had to ask to clarify whether they were completely out,(as in none in the store) or if none were cooked at the time or order & then request for some to be prepared. I asked for freshbiscuits & when we received our order the biscuits were on the hard side & the 6 chicken thighs were old. They were not messy toeat & we all know good fresh chicken makes a mess...the outsides were dry. The meal, after 2 drinks cost $40. We were verydissatisfied, (but also very hungry so ate it anyway!!). We also noticed the guy on the back line was not washing his hands inbetween personal use & food handling. All employees were dressed in civilian clothes rather than Popeyes t-shirts. We arereturning to Dickson this Saturday. & as much as I'd love another trip to a Popeyes, (there's not one in my town) I willcertainly have to pass!! Get it together guys. Read more

I?ve read the reviews of Popeyes and can only guess that your experience depends on when you go and how busy the store is. I go... several times a year on weekdays, after lunch, and I?ve always had a positive experience. The order is prepared quickly andaccurately. Read more
Place an order on Popeyes android app for pickup at 3:55 pm. Email confirmed the order. Went through pick up window at 4:00 pm.... Lady said that it wasn't ready, drive into the parking lot and we will bring it out to you. 4:25 no food, so we went back to thewindow, and they said that they didn't have an order for us. So we asked to speak to a manager. When he showed up we showed himthe receipt and he says It Has Been Ready since 3:55 pm. I would like to know who gave them the recipe of the mac & cheese. That is how my mom made it. I don't think it's fair to... charge more. That's why I give them 4 stars.
