I'll post facts. We had to wait a long time for our order, sitting in the drive thru. We waited so long, I considered driving... away after we placed our order. We were frustrated when we received our food, so I didn't notice additional problems beforedriving away. They provided our 4 drinks but no straws. I caught that and they were nice when I asked for straws for the drinks.They did put napkins in the bag but no fork to eat cole slaw, sides that come with the meals we ordered. They did not provideANY sauce at all. We asked for Zax sauce and ranch with the meals we ordered. The food was acceptable. Not only is the "diningroom closed", you can't walk in and place an order to go. We tried to before waiting and burning gas in that drive thru parkinglot. I believe the biggest problem at this location is finding employees that are willing to do the job the business is tryingto do. The service at this location was absolutely unacceptable. We will not return to this location and I may not return toZaxby's. Read more
Our family often goes to our local Zaxby?s because our kids love it and we like the salads. Let?s be honest, we aren?t expecting... a whole lot, it?s fast food chicken. We stopped by this Zaxby?s on our way down to Hilton Head. This Zaxby?s was really subpar.We went through the drive through and the person taking our order and who gave use the food through the window never greeted us.Her first words, verbatim were ?cash only?. No welcome to Zaxby?s or anything. Same getting our food after waiting 10 minuteswith only 3 cars ahead of us. Not only that, our fingers were way over cooked and tough. Walked inside to eat lunch to be greeted by an absolute mess at the front counter. There were no lines and people were just... standing around wondering what to do (it didn?t help that the lady at the front seemed to be in no hurry at all). Today was our second time to ever visit a Zaxby's. The first was excellent. But they were out of fried pickles. Went back today.... Food was good but service was not. Charged for soda when we only ordered and hot water. Finally did refund but with a lot ofangst on the store's side. Silly little thing but when all the workers then congregate at the front to stair and talk it madefor an uncomfortable environment.
