Credit/debit is always down, inconvenient for people that do not normally carry cash. Never have any bacon, always out of... something. Orders are never right even when we order only two or three things. We drive the extra 20 minutes just so we canavoid this one. Read more
Coffee was good, so was the donut. But we hit the place late afternoon and the donut selection was meager. Not their fault,... ours. We still had two hundred miles to drive. Read more
They were understaffed, which is understandable, but ignored people in the store and prioritized drive thru customers. We waited... in line for 45 minutes without being helped. If understaffed in the future, management needs to turn off mobile ordering andensure they are waiting on people actually at the store. Read more
This is my favorite dunkin to go to. I've been to others and the coffee and the doughnuts are the same but the people at this... location are so kind! They're always trying their best and even when my coffee doesn't taste quite right, they happily fix itfor me and are so nice about it!
