I understand everyone is short staffed and things sometimes take a little longer than you would like but at some point you have... to give up and leave. We got there and got seated at a table and waitress brought our drinks fairly quickly and left. She cameback about 10 minutes later to get our order and we still hadn?t even been given menus. Got menus and were basically ignoredafter that. She had other things to do like get people checks, etc. which is of course normal but I figured she would get backto us. Several other groups came in behind us. Saw our waitress take their drink orders and get them to those tables. Thenwent back to those 2 tables and started taking their orders while still ignoring us like she totally forgot we were there. Weweren?t seated in some out of the way table, but right in the open where she walked about 10 feet from us as she served others. We put our coats on and then she noticed us and said she could take our order now. Nope, by this time we had been in therearound a half hour, maybe a bit more and had enough. Through all of this a person in blue jacket walked around seemingly notreally doing much to help like bus tables or help with orders? Every person in place had one speed and it wasn?t very fast. Took the family for dinner. Was surprised when we got bill. We had a $5 coupon but the bill only showed a discount of $4.55. ... When we asked about it the waitress had to ask the bartender and he kept telling her it was correct. Apparently the other $0.45was the savings in tax. I have never seen a coupon applied like this. They also add on a charge for using a credit cardwithout any explanation. Again not something that is common here. Read more
Got there around 530 on a Sat evening. Wasn't very busy at that time but filled in as time went by. Nice variety on menu. The... King Prime Rib was the special for around $30. Didn't have that. I did have a Rueben Sandwich and Sweet potato fries and my mealwas delicious. Our server was awesome and attentive. Will go there again. Prices were a little on the high side. Read more

Had a great night out tonight at TSS it was a very brand new updated bar and restaurant in a new business area of town that has... other shops. We ordered big or go home for some reason and my friend had prime rib special and I ordered an Italian sausagepizza with sauerkraut. I really liked the pizza and had leftovers. The menu full of soups, salads, burgers and some fish. Theservice was good and very attentive. We stayed later and listened to live music. We left bar kind of early but had a greatevening. Read more
