Hadn't been here in a few years. Service was good staff were friendly and the food was great
Drive through - ordered 2 pc fish & more. No eye contact! Only gave me my total. No napkins, no silverware. No offer of any... condiments! No service or acknowledgement of a customer at all!! The fish was cold, and the batter was tough like it was atleast an hour or more old. The hush puppies were also cold. I returned for my money back and was told there is a sign in thewindow that you have to ?ask for condiments and ?that it was my fault?. No apology for the bad food, or horrible service. Not one to complain. But these girls are horrible and obviously hate their jobs. I walked up to the coubter to ask for straws... and every employee starred at me and not once asked if I needed something as I stood there for 5 mins not to mention the girlwith the attitude that slowly took her time to walk to the back just to come back empty handed and get the straws from the drivethrough and grabs a few and throws them on the counter and tells me to refill the slot... smh just pathetic the lack ofmanagement shows and the workers there will be the reason they lose many customers.
