I went through the drive-through and waited for quite some time because apparently there was a computer issue which is fine... except that when they gave me my ice cream it was a already half melted because it had been sitting there on the counter theentire time that they were dealing with this computer issue. This used to be a nice baskin robins with good customer service. The last three times I have went the customer service is... terrible. You order a milk shake and they are just milk with a little flavor!! When you say something they don't care. Youhave to pay more money to make it a normal milk shake. I ordered the Mystical Mermaid Cake a week ago for my 12 year old for pick up today. I want to say that the customer service on... the phone was amazing. The website showed that specific cake not being available at the dixon location. The young woman on thephone was incredibly helpful with taking my order over the phone as well as helping me with the different options and choicesavailable. She was very patient with me!! We decided to go with green writing, the same green on the cake. These folksdefinitely know what they are doing and have the vision! We decided on a chocolate chip ???? dough ice cream cake.
