I work at a middle school. When I placed the online order at 10:29am to be delivered at 11:30am it was actually delivered at... !:28 PM. After calling the store and speaking to "said manager" who was rude and emotionally unstable and hung up on me not oncebut twice- - - stated she was the manager, she cant share the owners information and there was no corporate office to call. Shecanceled my order and told me "we don't guarantee a time the pizza will be delivered. NOW mind you the school is 8 BLOCKS fromDominos.....not only was she rude and disrespectful, but sent pizza over two hours late and expected someone to eat it. Ibelieve the Lee County Health Department will appreciate a call sharing the fact they served food that sat out for over twohours. WILL NEVER order there again unless there is an apology or she is terminated. poor poor customer service. Was only askingfor the service I paid for....OH and gave a tip for!!!!! Read more
This is by far the worst experience I've had with Domino's. Always an excuse that they are behind or won't deliver. Half the... time they mess our order up. Seems like they lack any supervision. If you're an employee and they make you leave after two hours or less every time you work because there's not enough business,... DON'T BOTHER GIVING THEM A TWO WEEK NOTICE. The scheduling manager Kenia takes full advantage of her power and Illinois "atwill" work state and immediately takes you off the schedule. Rather than teach young adults the proper respectful way of doingthings she would rather just flex her muscles and show her true attitude. She's definitely not a true leader for today'steenagers. If it were possible, this store would get a negative rating. 1) It seems it's no longer possible to order delivery online. The... site hangs after entering name and address. There appears to be no way to report this problem, and conversations with this storeby voice phone can be very frustrating when it's even possible. 2) The order spent about 20 minutes in "inspection". 3) Thedelivery guy called to say he was unable to find my address. This is a recurrent problem. 4) The delivery guy arrived with thewrong order. He had to deliver the order he'd taken off with, return to the store and get my order. 5) Some time later, when myorder arrived, nothing was in bags. Trying to hold on to everything, the pizza fell sideways on the ground. Two slices fell outof the box and were therefore unusable. 6) The pizza was cold when it arrived. Except *maybe* for pickup, I will never orderform this store again and am actually a bit curious how they're managing to stay in business. Before tonight, I'd not been awareof all the other negative reviews here. Read more
