So this used to be foodtruck cuisine turned into a restaurant. You sit down and a waitress takes your order. Simple menu of... burgers, tacos, ribs, brisket plus sides you can choose. We got the ribs & brisket with deep fried okra and Mac & cheese. It wasdelicious especially the ribs which actually fell off the bone. If we lived here this would be our favorite restaurant. Been here twice while in town. Got brisket and wings both times. I can tell who ever is running the pit cares about brisket... temps. Both times brisket was tender, juicy and had a good amount of fat. Flavor was great! Checked all the boxes for me. Mangohabenero sauce was my favorite, Alabama white sauce was good just a little acidic. Overall 5/5 experience. Only thing I couldrecommend is to add a Buffalo sauce to the menu for the wings. We recently discovered this hidden gem! The food is excellent! It's just a neat place to go eat. Not so noisy and not so... crowded. Pretty sure they make one of the best hamburgers in Dodge City! Barbecued meats were great also!! Read more
