A family member brought me home a sub recently. Not wanting my sandwhich toasted, I naturally assumed I that they would heat the... meat prior to putting it on the sandwich, so I had an ice cold Rotisserie Chicken sandwich!!! If I had ordered steak, wouldthey have given me a cold steak sandwich since I did not want it toasted? This review is only in the hope to make this alearning opportunity for the staff.
