4 stars for atmosphere, sunset lake views, and service. 3 stars for food - they’ve changed the menu with no healthy options... besides the salads. Heavy cheese sauce for several dishes , bacon, even the seafood came as a pasta option for except for1. Please offer light options especially for hot summer days!! I was excited to try this gem as it was recommended by quite a few people. We did make reservations and was immediately sat.... Service was friendly and attentive. I started off with the Caesar salad which was pretty basic and for it being $10 I wouldexpected much more maybe including homemade croutons and fresh shaved Parmesan. My kids had the potato and corn chowder andloved it. It was delicious! Calamari was tiny and not expected for the price either. I wouldn’t order that for $18. Myhusband ordered the beef tenderloin and said it was delicious. I ordered the braised short beef and pretty disappointed. Mymushroom risotto was hard and not creamy at all. I wasn’t too impressed of the flavor. My son ordered the shellfish manicottiand it was pretty strong fish taste. I would try this place again but maybe other dishes. Read more
