One worker in there was being so rude to all the others. There were several customers inside and he kept cussing and complaining... about having to make orders and fold the boxes. At one point he was slamming the pizza cutter onto the counter to cut the pizza.I was very uncomfortable in there and really wanted to leave without even getting my food. Not sure what his problem was, butwas very unnecessary to act this way in-front of all of the customers. He had short hair and was wearing a vest with longsleeves under. Not sure of his name. I had the strangest interaction with the workers here. One of the drivers randomly showed up at my house knocking on my door.... When I opened it she asked if I was ready to order. I had no clue what she was talking about. I called to try to get somclarification as to why a worker would just show up at my address. I was met with the rudest attitude and was told I was nolonger aloud to receive delivery to my address. She even admitted that the number who apparently called and ordered earlierwasn?t matching mine but yet I needed to come pick up said order. It was just all very bizarre. I had no attitude when I calledup there but the girl on the phone talked as if I was the problem. When I addressed issue of the worker coming to my house forno reason she told me it was okay pretty much I was overreacting because she had a uniform on. It?s all very unprofessional. Read more

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!" My wife ordered online from the Dora store. (1) large Philly cheese Steak pizza (no... mushrooms), (1) large pepperoni pizza (1) brownie dish (9 pcs.) They advertise a 20% discount for ordering online, (that shedidn't get). They also charge a $3.99 "delivery fee" And my wife added a $5.00 tip for delivery. Total bill was right at$55.00. I could have gone and bought store bought frozen pizzas and they would have tasted better than what we received. Andsaved about at least $25 or $30 dollars. When we called about the price, we were told that you have to follow the instructionsin order to get the 20% discount. He told us that they have been charging the delivery fee for fifteen years. I LOVE THE PIZZAS I KNOW THEYRE CAPABLE - such as ?Kayla,? ARE able 2 make, however, it?s more of a customer service and the... fact that nothing ends up correct or some thing is mishap about the app or ordering through the app and you don?t even get yourpiece of the pie points because of that problem with there I hope, no I don?t find that fair @ ALL!! - THE FACT, HOWEVER, theycan?t come back with the fact that you can?t get your points unless you order through the app because I earned 7-FULL FREEpizzas (from $ JUST SPENT AT PICK UP!!!!!!)?before I even noticed they were in the app when I finally downloadedit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered a pepperoni and ham pizza and cheesy bread sticks. Get there to pick up and my husband was told the order had been... called back so they had to remake. Got home and had cheesy bread with bacon and jalapeños and pizza with sausage and an overabundance of grease. The stickers on the box were correct with my order but not my order in the box.
