Excellent food and service Roberto did a wonderful job even though he was slam packed with orders. I was patient and it paid... off. The ceviche was so fresh and had a lot of lime zest taste to it. Food phenomenal + atmosphere lux. Slight issue I had concerned service. Was minimal effort from staff, they were less than... attentive and not prompt. Bar had 2 others besides myself and took bartender 10 minutes to notice I was seated. Ordered a drink,another ten minutes went by before I received it. My wife ordered the breakfast ( Matisse) with the Avocado & an latte & the waiter did not write anything down at all , he came... back with a Hot tea ? & the wrong plate of food that she ordered , then tried to show us the menu and said that's what youordered & then realized that he was wrong on what she originally ordered & did not even correct it - that's pretty bad rightthere considering it was his fault too - other then that - not a big selection on the buffet for breakfast ???????????? - youdon't get pick but an omelette .
