I stopped here by chance looking for a quick coffee and something sweet. The place was very busy and phone orders kept coming... in. I had a cafe con leche and a delicious Tres Leches dessert to go. Everyone was very nice and I will go back to have adelicious Venezuelan meal as I was waiting on my cafecito I could see people were really enjoying their meals. Read more
I wanted to surprise my mom with a nice meal since I had tried their SW location before (no complaints there). However the... waitress we had was rude from the beginning. She treated us like she did not want to be there. At one point I asked if they hadsomething and she said said no and walked away before I could say anything else. She also seemed annoyed when we?d inquire aboutwhat something was or what she?d recommend. I have a Mexican background but as an American grew up eating all sorts of food.However, I?m still not 100% familiar with Venezuelan food. You?d think she?d be more enthusiastic to explain. Personally, I loveintroducing people to authentic Mexican food but I guess not everyone is as inclined to share their culture and would rathertreat you as an outsider. Then again, most people with a bad attitude are just unhappy on the inside so we?re not really theones affected in the end. Also, the menu had no prices and I noticed this location did not have the same options to choose from.I was disappointed after telling my mom how great their food is based off the assumption that all locations would operate thesame.
