I don?t think I?ve ever had a worst experience at any other fast food restaurant. I pulled up to pay at the window (drive-thru)... and the worker had his back towards me for about 3-4 mins, he seemed to be on his phone? he did seem to be the only one workingthough. But still, that was awful customer service. At least the smoothies were good. Read more

The Smoothies took a very long while for 3 Smoothies. They didn't taste good. This is my second time here and it was basically... the same thing. .. There's another Smoothie King just a couple miles west of this location. I'll go there next time I'm in thearea. Read more
This location is convenient but the service is mediocre. I have placed my order via the app on more than one occasion and when I... arrive for pick up my order is not ready. Instead a representative is toying around in his telephone as I pull up to the windowand then proceeds to make the order. I always allow ample amount of time for my order to be filled but it doesn't happen at thislocation. I'll have to drive to the location on 36th street in the future to place my order for a smoothie.
