October 26, 2022 Dorval Airport My husband & I each ordered a smoked meat panni, a small bag of chips & one bottle of water at... a cost of $52.72....the sandwiches were very soggy as though they sat in water for a long while. They were without doubt theworst sandwiches we ever had...We returned them and told them they were inedible...and all we got was a shrug. Absolutelyterrible customer service. Read more

Sandwiches are definitely not worth but the chicken plate set was delicious vegetables and patatoes+ chicken. The service was... nice we came around 6pm after our flight got delayed. The line was long but quickly served so we didn't wait long. Lady with redhair at the cash told us to sit and brought our food I guess she knew we were tired ???? Read more

Two words for this eatery, S T A Y A W A Y. This place deserve NO/ZERO stars, if that was even an option. In transit through... Montreal airport, this specific eatery was listed on our Priority Pass profile so we decided to stop and avail our membershipbenefit. When presented with the card, the lady behind the counter immediately hollered for her manager/cashier (the dude withglasses) saying "here is another one with Priority Pass, how do you want to handle it". He looked up at us probably decidingwhat to say and then stated that they don't have the Priority Pass scanner so cannot accept/honor membership access. When pushedif it was broken or non-functional, he kept saying he just didn't have it and then then rudely, with a mean demeanor, asked usto go to another eatery in the terminal. As we started to move, we could see the entire staff smiling which led us to believethat they have pulled this before. In hindsight, it turned out well for us as we had our food & drinks at the other restaurantwhich was great. Also, reading other reviews of the overpriced and substandard food that is sold here, we consider ourselveslucky not to have eaten here. Have reached out to PP to report this unscrupulous behavior and if possible, remove this eateryfrom the PP profile so folks don't waste their transit time time dealing with workers who have no desire or concept of service Read more

The folks working at this eatery must be the most miserable bunch in employment, as they seem to take collective pleasure in... treating their customers with a great deal of rudeness and disdain. In transit, stopped at this eatery as it was directly infront, when entering the terminal. While eyeing the display, was approached by the lady who inquired if I would be ordering orjust keep watching. Told her I would if I liked something that I saw. At the same time, saw/heard another customer who hadprobably made a purchase earlier, complaining about the sub-par food that was served, asking for a refund, which the cashieroutright refused, supported by the same lady who had approached me. The customer then asked if they would redo the sandwichsince it had essentially nothing in it other than a piece of tomato/cucumber and dressing, which was refused as well. On asinstinct, pulled up my phone to check the reviews and was not surprised to read that they seemed to be spot-on. Decided to checkout another restaurant, as I was leaving, the same lady and the cashier commented that I could not afford to pay for the foodand that's why I was leaving. I could see both snickering. wow... what a place The operators seem to be banking on the factthat they won't see and expect any repeat business due to the nature of their location and can get away with anything andhowsoever they treat their customers. Do not waste your precious transit time even considering this lousy eatery. Read more

Honestly not deserving of the low ratings, in my experience. One of the few places to get healthy food in the non-international... terminal area Read more
