I'm not an expert, but this is not a latte. Coffee is over roasted and bitter, and there is no foam. Should have said something... at the window since it was obviously heavier than it should have been. Could have been an off day. The customer service here isvery good, and this is not typical of the product they produce. Read more

I got 3 drinks and they were all GROSS! The large chocolate shake literally was like Hershey syrup with a splash of milk. The... large mocha Carmel frozen drink was had no Carmel and you could taste the instant coffee. The large frozen cappuccino was evenworse! Instant coffee and no flavor! You could taste the grit!
