I was charged $35 for a delivery that I never received. They were extremely rude both times i called to get this resolved. They... will answer then when you explain why you are calling they won?t say a word and literally just put you on hold without eventelling you for a long time in hopes that you?ll hang up. I was on hold for ten minutes just to be told to call back when thegeneral manager is at work. I did that the last time i called and still no solution. A week later and I still haven?t had arefund or credit. This place is horrible. Read more
Two very bad experiences. We moved this past week and ordered pizza since we had no operating kitchen. The pizza was an hour and... 20 minutes later than estimated and the pizza dough was flimsy and thin even though we ordered hand tossed crust. We orderedagain Wednesday evening bc the kids loved the apple dip and cinnamon twists. The pizza crust was fine this time but hadvirtually NO cheese on it. It was 95% dough and sauce. And when we opened the desert....NO cinnamon twists. It was just theapple dip inside. The kids were VERY disappointed! Big mistakes two times in a row. Will not be ordering from this locationagain. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and some garlic sauces for delivery.. never received the garlic sauces and I have a picture of how the... pizza was delivered.. went to the main store to get it fixed and was asked what my problem was by the blue hair manager.. neverorder from this place!!!! Read more
