The food is a million times better than it once was so Shouts Out to the folks in the kitchen ya'll doing ya'll thang but the... management staff could use some lessons on friendliness said hello to the female manager on one day and the male manager onanother neither respond and you may say they didn't hear me and that's understandable but I was sitting by the office and theworkers came in and out they spoke now as for the waitresses very nice and the people working the bars really nice all in all Iate there 3 times in one week food on point again Read more

I decided to go here today to have a meal with my family. We got our table and sat down, i went to make my plate and when I came... back one of the employees was sitting in my seat talking to my family. At one point he patted my nephew on the head and was toldto stop. He even said some threatening and harassing things. At the time I decided to handle the situation calmly so we finishedour meal and reported him to the manager. He asked if we knew the man and I said no, that shouldn?t matter because his behavioris unprofessional either way. After I spoke to the manager I over-heard some of the employees saying ?if it was a problem then Ishould have done something right then?. I guess I was supposed to get loud and flip over some of the tables and chairs. We left,but will never eat at this establishment again. DO NOT EAT HERE! I plan to file a complaint. Update: I communicated withcorporate and nothing has been done. Be warned this restaurant is unsafe especially for women and children. These people willnot take anything seriously until an employee hurts someone or worse. Read more
My husband and I wanted to go to lunch Wednesday. She said it will be $28 plus tax. I about fell on the floor. We walked out.... The other Old Times we go to are $8.99, but Douglas charges $14 for lunch! Won't go back. Read more
