Stopped by Ardens garden spent a good bit on 3 drinks and a desert. When I opened the desert there was mold on it so I took it... back to the counter and was told there?s a no refund policy but she could exchange it. I wasn?t happy at this point becausewhile she called the manager I noticed several other of the same had mold on them. It?s very irresponsible to not check dailyfor issues with food. I use to stop to Arden?s Garden almost everyday for 8 years since I?ve moved to Georgia. One day I asked my husband if he could... pick me up a smoothie since he was right next door at the ups store. I was enjoying it until this hard piece of plastic orfingernail or something became lodged in my throat. I was so angry I wanted to go there myself but I didn?t because I didn?twant to cause a scene. The customer service was terrible. The lady behind the register didn?t even acknowledge me, as I was the first customer who had... been waiting for them to open the store. She began helping another guy (who pulled up after me and just walked in) withoutsaying anything. I was told to wait 5 minutes before I could enter. This was a huge inconvenience and waist of time. I suppose it?s store policy to sell moldy, expired food but not policy to do refunds when they sell you expired product. gross.... I came in this location and spent $50 on three juice drinks from the fridge and a vegan Tiramisu. I got all the way to mydestination and realized it was covered in mold and had expired nine days ago? I understand human error, however this store wasempty and nobody has found time in 9 days to throw it out. When I drove all the way back to show the employee, she had to callthe manager and said they don?t do refunds. it isn?t policy. Yet ironically it?s policy to sell me rotten goods lol.
