I come here to get my Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino daily. I always go through the drive thru. This particular day my drink... was very bitter and not enjoyable at all. We had a rep just order us drinks. 2 of the drinks was supposed to be double chocolaty chip creme frappuccino blended beverage ... with coconut milk. What we got had coffee in it and cookie crumble on the top. He ordered this threw the app and even sent me ascreenshot.
